- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never written a review, but I do rely on them when researching physicians so I felt compelled to leave feedback. I too felt the nursing staff was rude and unwelcoming; as a patient you are definately treated as a number rather than person. Dr. Hlavinka lacks social skills; which I could tolerate if he were an exceptional Doctor, however he is not. He was unprofessional and rude which is likely why you are greeted by the nursing staff in the same manner. I asked questions about testing results and wanted to discuss the possibility of a more comprehensive technique and was met with: "It sounds like you have had a great deal of medical training." Patient involvement in their care should be expected and encouraged rather than met with condensation. If I could give less than 1 star, I definately would. There are many options of medical care in the valley, I would not recommend Dr. Hlavinka as one of them.March 23, 2017by haileend
