  The receptionist lady and the nurse was very nice. I did not care for "doctor" not very compassionate in my opinion. I been very sick with a really bad cough that has been going on for a while now. He basically said what do you want me to do for you? There is nothing I can do for you. Seriously, I have never been treated or talked to like that from my regular doctor. I try to see my doctor, but on off hours I had no choice. You need to learn how to communicate with your patients properly and be sincere.

  I have been here multiple times, usually I always leave feeing frustrated. The PAs don't really listen to you. This last week we went, my son had a fever and sore throat (half his class had strep, which I told them). The nurse didn't even get a good swab of his throat. The PA mentioned his teeth needed brushed (I brush his teeth every night, also how about we focus on the issue at hand). Anyway, they gave me the "we won't give antibiotics if they aren't needed" and basically won't listen to you as a parent that KNOWS their kid. The next day I got a second opinion, I knew he had strep, it was an actual through exam (felt his neck, back, looked for a rash, felt his stomach etc. all NOT done at this location). Cultures came back from both clinics (this one vs West Valley) the West Valley clinics culture came back positive, this one came back negative (REALLY!!!???) Needless to say, if you'd like to keep walking around sick go here. If you actually want TREATED go somewhere else! My insurance covered this visit, but if I was paying out of pocket I wouldn't pay. No one did their job (except the receptionist, they are always VERY nice). If I performed my job the way medical professionals here do, I most likely wouldn't even still have a job!
