  I wanted to schedule a new patient appointment and requested an appointment through iTriage on 7/13/15. I got an email confimation that somebody from the office will be contacting me. After several days of wait I called the office (7/21/15) and got an immediate "hold" demand (no please, no questions) and was placed on hold. I hand up and dialed again. Another female answered who asked me, "can I out you on hold please?" Not happy with such turn of events, I reluctantly agreed. After 2 min being on hold, I finally was able to talk back her (no names given). I requested her to let me speak to their office manager but she wasn't "available." I gave her my information and explained to the receptionist why I wanted speak with the manager. I've been offered to schedule an appointment now. I said, "No, thank you." As is the office has a hard time answering calls and following up on appt requests. What do I expect to happen when I'm their patient? I can die waiting for them to call me back. I don't know the doctor and will never know her because I don't need to pay for this type of poor business practice. Thia is an honest feedback on this office performance (not the doctor). Please learn from this and work on fixing the issues you have. You are not giving great image to a good hospital and system. Best wishes!

  Dr. Lam is truly a caring and kind person. A doctor that listens and speaks to you with respect and on a level you can always understand. I highly recommend her!
